Having a high-quality tenant takes a lot of stress out of managing a rental. You want to rent to someone who is going to reasonably maintain the rental, pay on time, and respect the lease. To land such a tenant we’ll perform a detailed screening that checks their credit, employment, and criminal history, and verify references.

Rent collection each month can be a headache. But with our capable property managers by your side, you’ll never have to worry about chasing down late, or missed rental payments again! Our team will handle everything on your behalf, all while keeping you informed if issues arise.

A maintained property means less tenant turnover. This also means that your real estate investment is protected. Our trusted team and network of vendors will work together to keep your properties maintained and tenants comfortable all year round!

We have several comprehensive inspections included in our service. When onboarding a new property, we document the condition of the house inside and out and document all appliances, smoke & co detectors including their manufacturer, make, model and location as well as condition. During the tenancy, inspections will occur every six (6) months to ensure filters are changed, smoke & co detectors are working, as well as documenting the property condition at that time.

At every turnover, we'll conduct a move-in and move-out inspection with documentation on condition, including noting any repair work that may be needed to ensure a work order is created and completed. We will also do ad hoc inspections per your request at an additional fee when needed.

We believe in open communication and transparency. That’s why we offer detailed financial reporting services to all our clients. You’ll always know how your investment is fairing when you partner with us.

The eviction process can be long, stressful, and confusing. Our services are designed to reduce the need for eviction and should one be necessary, we have processes and procedures for every step.
